Our Loading Pin has a height of 35cm (14″) and is tested with a 200kg (~440 lbs) load without breakage. Suitable for all kinds of exercises that can be performed in a limited space. Intended for weight plates with 50mm (2″) hole diameter.
For Armwrestlers it’s a perfect tool, together with a handle or a strap, to train different types of Armwrestling specific exercises.
