Store & Order Management
While visiting our site, we will track:
- Products that you have shown: we use this to, for example, show you products that you have recently viewed
- Location information, IP address and browser type: we use this for purposes such as VAT calculation and shipping costs
- Delivery address: We use this to, for example, calculate shipping before ordering, and when shipping the order!
When you shop with us, you will provide us with information that includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card details / payment details and any account information such as username and password. We use this information for purposes such as:
- Send information to you about your account and your order
- Respond to your questions, including buybacks and complaints
- Manage payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Follow legal requirements we have, such as VAT calculation
- Improve our store offers
- Send you marketing messages if you choose to receive them
- If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email address and phone number, which will be used to complete your checkout details for future orders.
Generally, only information about you is stored as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to store it. For example, we will store order information for the current time period for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
In addition, these data are saved in order to be able to maintain the obligations imposed on the company according to the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contract Act.
We accept payments through PayPal. When we process payments, some of your information will be sent to PayPal, including information required to process or provide support for the payment, such as the total amount of the purchase and billing information.
When you place an order in Klarna Checkout as the chosen payment method, information about the products in the order (name, price, quantity, SKU) is sent to Klarna. When the purchase is complete, Klarna will send your billing and delivery address back to the webshop. These data plus a unique identifier for the purchase are then stored as billing and shipping data for the order in WooCommerce.
Please see Data Protection for Klarna Checkout for more information.
