This is our absolute best handle designed specifically for armwrestlers!
A silent ball-bearing rotating handle with 60mm (2.36″) grip diameter that trains grip & wrist strength. The handle has an optimal design for armwrestlers, as there is plenty of room to practice full wrist flexion (cup) in different angles, without hitting the handle frame, and is also suitable for all hand sizes.
Easily connects to a Loading Pin for lifting exercises or to a cable machine/Cable-Cross for pull-down or rowing exercises.
This is a top quality handle that rotates just as well after 10 years as it does when it’s new, unlike many other handles on the market such as Rolling Thunder, where the friction increases with time and thus makes it easier to lift heavier weights.

The handle frame is made entirely out of steel with a ball bearing rotating handle that is made of high quality ABS plastic.
Works great for training both dynamically (with movement) or statically (keeping still and resisting the load).
NOTE! We recommend lubricating the handle’s moving contact surfaces about once a year in order to maintain optimal rotation and to ensure that the ball bearings maintain their durability.

One of a kind, I was working with Robert Baraban rolling handle (bought it in this website too) but with this new one is like other level. The rolling is better because with no friction you need more grip power to control the ups and downs.
Highly recommended if you want to take your grip to the next level.
