This is a Rolls-Royce of rotating handles for those who want to build forearms & train grip and wrists!
A ball-bearing rotating handle with 60mm (2.36″) grip diameter that trains grip & wrist strength. Much higher quality than a regular Rolling Thunder.
Easily connected to a Loading Pin for lifting exercises or to a cable machine/cable-cross for pull-down or rowing exercises.
This is a high quality handle that rotates just as well after 10 years as it does when it is new, unlike many other handles on the market where the friction increases with time and thus makes it easier to lift heavier weights.

The handle is maintenance-free and should not need to be lubricated or cleaned during normal use. If necessary, the handle can be disassembled for easy cleaning and lubrication.
